Kay is a seasoned creative director with 20+ years of advertising and marketing experience for brands including Ford Motor Company and Continental Airlines. She has worked for advertising agencies and corporations on diverse products and services.

As an active Real Estate Investor with her firm, SJ West Group LLC, Kay draws upon her creative background to transform properties, breathing new life into them and adding value. She has been renovating and selling properties for  over a decade.

From concept through production, she has the vision and understanding of what it takes to connect with the target audience, consumers and home buyers, to produce measurable results. She has developed marketing plans, strategy and creative concepts, identifying the target audience, producing and executing through completion. From planning to  executing a detailed vision, Kay has the knowledge and experience to deliver results that inspire and motivate.
